Are there physical tickets?

There are no physical tickets. No matter the payment option, once the purchase is processed through the eventbrite.com website the ticket buyer will receive an order confirmation.

I found someone selling tickets online to this event, are these tickets legit?

Sunset Zoo does not condone the resell of tickets to any fundraising event and caution the public to be weary of reseller scams. If you believe you have been scammed by a ticket reseller notify your bank or credit card company immediately and file submit a report at scan report  by clicking the link https://www.usa.gov/where-report-scams. If you wish to purchase reseller tickets online from an unknown source you may contact Sunset Zoo and confirm validity of original buyer. There are no physical tickets to this event, only a master list of all guests through Eventbrite. 

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Attendees must be 21 to enter, even if you are not drinking wine. Guests must present valid ID or driver’s license at entry.

Can children or infants attend the event?
Due to alcohol being served at the event Wine in Wild is for adults only. Babies and children will not be admitted.

What are my parking options at the event?
Parking is available in the Zoo's main lot, in the field to the east, and the Manhattan High School parking lot.

What should I wear to the event?
Dress is business casual; keep in mind you will be strolling the Zoo throughout the event.

What is the refund policy?
Wine in the Wild is held rain or shine and is a fundraiser for the Zoo. As such, refunds are not offered. Your donation supports the Zoo and its efforts to "Inspire Conservation of the Natural World.”

Can I pay with check or cash?
Yes, to pay with cash or check you must do so in person at the Zoo's ticket booth opened daily from 9:30am to 5:00pm. Tickets must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Can I leave my vehicle in the zoo parking lot overnight if I am unable to drive?

All event guests are permitted to leave their vehicle overnight. All vehicles must be picked up the next day.

Will the zoo open before Wine in the Wild?
Sunset Zoo will be open to the public at 9:30am and close early at 1:00pm to set up for the event.
